Yateem Optician — Khalidiyah Mall Abu Dhabi

Rayan Engineering and Contracting LLC - SPC was awarded the turnkey commercial interior fit-out for the prestigious Yateem Optician retail boutique at Khalidiyah Mall in Abu Dhabi, under subcontract agreement with M/S Buildara General Contracting LLC (Ref# RFQ-REC-RG-45017 / LPO/BD/2026/12).

Currently active under construction, the project encompasses comprehensive civil and architectural engineering, raised access flooring (150mm with AAC blocks), floor screeding, and heavy floor protection. The wall and ceiling scope incorporates 12mm fire-rated and moisture-resistant gypsum boards with heavy-gauge galvanized iron (GI) framing, cement boards, and reinforced MDF backing for high-impact eyewear wall displays and digital LED media screens.

Premium finishes feature client-supplied 800x800mm cut-to-size porcelain tiles with brass transition strips, Jotun Fenomastic luxury wall coatings, custom smoked oak laminate MDF cladding at the entrance portal, and 100mm black powdercoated perimeter skirting. All works adhere strictly to shopping mall tenant fit-out criteria, hot work permit safety mandates, and Rayan Group's triple ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 accreditations.
