The Dubai Police Academy expansion at Al Rowaiyah is a premier civic and security education infrastructure project. Rayan Group was contracted in association with Top Rock Contracting to deliver comprehensive civil framing, heavy partition engineering, and high-durability architectural fit-outs across the academy campus.

The development comprises multi-tier briefing halls, tactical observation decks, physical fitness complexes, and smart lecture theaters. Rayan Group utilized fire-rated gypsum assemblies, specialized anti-crack screeds, and heavy-duty utility routing to ensure long-term durability and operational functionality.
